At Cord-Tie, we stand behind the products we make. Every Cord-Tie is built to last, but if something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Easy Returns

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange any unused Cord-Tie products.
  • Returns are no-questions-asked — if it’s not what you expected, simply send it back.
  • To start a return, contact us at support@cord-tie.com with your order number.
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund (minus shipping if applicable) back to your original payment method.

Condition: Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping: In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5-Year Limited Warranty

Every Cord-Tie is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.

This means if your Cord-Tie breaks, fails, or stops functioning as intended due to a manufacturing issue within five years of purchase, we’ll replace it — free of charge.

What’s covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Material failures
  • Broken or defective components under normal use

What’s not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, modifications, or damage caused by improper use
  • Cosmetic blemishes that don’t affect performance

To file a warranty claim, email support@cord-tie.com with:


  • Your order number or proof of purchase

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the product (if possible)

We’ll review your claim and get back to you quickly — usually within 2–3 business days.
